    Have you ever enrolled in a gym to workout? Have you bought any exercise equipment? Whether you enroll in a gym or buy exercise pieces of equipment, working out seems to have been an expensive hobby. Going to a gym will cost you at least $30-$50 a month.  That is $360-$600 a year. And, if you get into the personal training program, it will cost you approximately $400-$800 for 10 to 20 sessions at 30 minutes per session.     My Journey to be Healthy
